Trip Application Form

Before being accepted for a specific trip, you must complete and submit a Missions Trip Application Form. Print, complete, and mail the form according to the directions at the top of page 1. Your application information will be used to ensure your qualifications meet the needs for the trip.

Cost: $1500* + $2000** airfare	Cost includes your meals, transportation, lodging, while in South Africa, as well as a portion of ministry supplies, administrative costs, and outreach expenses for your team. *Airfare estimates are listed separately. The cost of airfare varies depending on the departure city, ministry destination, and season of travel.
